In 2006, Abraham Kagan founded T.I. Contractors to handle Tenant Improvement (TI) construction projects across South Florida, and to deliver quality and transparency like no other. Since the beginning, Abraham infused his company with strong core values and set high standards for the company.
The company quickly expanded into residential new-construction and healthcare remodeling projects and grew by leaps and bounds over the next few years, attracting expert construction professionals with diverse backgrounds; forming a team that would become the best of South Florida. As the company expanded, so did its reach — projects spread across the state now range from single-family-home developments to large generator installations, and extensive Skilled Nursing Facility upgrades and remodels.
